E. Nego Pile has over 10 years combined experience in real estate, consumer protection, guardianship, and business matters. Mr. Pile understands the process of petitioning the court to name an adult guardian. He uses this experience and his education to assist clients with preparing for their future and the future of their families.
Mr. Pile's work in defending the rights of consumers has led him to work directly with seniors. Mr. Pile places a high premium in protecting the legal rights and interests of seniors in need. Many of his clients have been victims of elder abuse and financial exploitation. He also assists seniors facing housing crises, relocation to short and long term care facilities and some family law matters. He is a zealous advocate in protecting, educating and empowering seniors.
Mr. Pile advises and assists clients in the development of guardianships and in guiding estates through probate court. With a strong background in community service and a devotion to helping people, Mr. Pile provides a thoughtful and competent practice in guardianship and probate law. He has dedicated his career to practicing in these areas and values the long-tem relationships he established with his clients.
In law school, Mr. Pile concentrated his education in estate and business planning. His concentration in estate planning and business planning involved a curriculum designed around an in-depth study of those areas so that prior to graduating from law school he had experience in tax planning and will drafting.
As a real estate attorney Mr. Pile works with developers, owners, property managers, tenants, financial institutions and investors in all types of transactions from routine purchase agreements to complicated development plans. He represents clients in all aspects of real estate development, transactions and litigation. As a former real estate agent he understands the importance of providing clear, practical advice to help clients achieve their business goals.
Mr. Pile is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations. He is a volunteer with Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (VIP) where he has handled real estate, probate and guardianship pro bono cases. He has spoken at various PBA and PBI events. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Pile was employed in the financial services and telecommunications industries for over 6 years focusing in the area of regulatory law.
Mr. Pile has refined his experience while working for major law firms and in private practice. He received his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1998. He received his undergraduate degree in philosophy in 1995 from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. Mr. Pile is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
