Sally-Ann received her J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1992, where she received the Bertram K. Wolfe award upon graduation. She also graduated from Temple University's LL.M. in Trial Advocacy program in 1997. While at Temple, Sally Ann studied comparative legal studies at the University of Rome, University of Sienna and Trieste University in Italy.
